Advantages:
Toys as part of a library
collection can:

Be used as a tool for bringing in new users to a library.

Provide access to toys that some cannot afford or
would normally not have at home.

Creates an atmosphere where a user, such as a parent
or caregiver, can have access to advice and support from other parents.

Increase the availability and accessibility of approriate
educational and recreational early intervention material.

with the library before (different age groups, clubs, organizations.)

One that is non-threatening to children; encouraging them to use the library.
